locate in each place a community group that is largely unwired

find a local internet service provider to donate an account

spent at least an afternoon with them making a few pages and giving them a sense of the potential

find someone web saavy in the town to work with us and to stay in contact to help out.

leave them published, what they're about, hopefully photos of folks, how to lend a hand, stories of/from people involved

and prepared to continue to update their pages, to handle their own media production.

now that's crazy ambitious,

and maybe once I hit the road, I'll have to revise all my plans and expectations

I'll be happy to see anythin' start growin'
