Associate, Culture


We’re looking for an associate to join the high energy mofo culture team.  The culture team at ngmoco’s primary role is to produce and promote a working environment of ownership focused on customer delight across our teams, projects and locations. 

Reporting to the group Producer, this associate is responsible for creating and maintaining systems, tools and frameworks for team members to share pertinent insights from ngmoco’s successes and failures as we grow. We use different tools such as social media, groupware, events, newsletters, videos, workshops and community groups to support ngmoco’s knowledge sharing mission. 

Skills and background desired: 

- Energetic Evangelism: create energy, enthusiasm, understanding and shared context around company messages and goals
- Storytelling & Editing: have some experience packaging stories to tell and documenting projects (writing, drawing, filming, editing, communications)
- Systems & Teaching:  ability to train mofos on tools and systems to express themselves and share their knowledge
- Tool Ready : Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, inDesign, Google Docs. You should know some software, and be ready to dive in and learn new media tools
- Curious and Adaptable: you’re broadly curious and capable and willing to adapt and evolve to changing business conditions and missions
