Whats up with wearing the seersucker suit after Labor Day?!?

I guess they don't have Labor Day in Japan, but good god man, that doesn't mean you can jettison all the fashion rules you dutifully follow back at home!

I think Justin was just taking part in local cosplay, and he was dressed as Colonel Mustard. :-)
