I am sure Robin was just following your lead....and your friends will always love you no matter how you look....but I am not sure I would like to meet anyone new that would take you home with a cut like that.
The words out of my mouth I am sure are similar to your Mom's thoughts....you are so cute why do you want to make yourself look so goofy?
Weird hair modification is so over......
Glad you are enjoying the longjohns.

Once, just once I would love to see you with a great cut (meaning professional). I'm thinking this cut was no doubt harder on Robin than it was on you. Hehe

BTW, your brother's holiday locale looks lovely!

Liz, you have no idea...

Actually it was fun. I wish I had time to really polish the cut - but the closer we got to "reasonably finished" the hungrier (and more antsy) we became. So I'd call this a half-cut.

Cutting hair is hard work - really styling a head of hair is exhausting! Not that I can say I accomplished this - but I gained a whole new appreciation for people do this (sometimes with with walk-in customers!) day after day after day....

Can you imagine how it will look when it starts to grow out???

Justin and Robin, I fear in all your efforts to be different and unique, your hairstyle is one of the same. I hopped over to Robin's site and noticed that your haircut was "selected" from a variety of choices, but ended up as an eclectic blend of them.... So, you're combining the best (most popular... ergo, worst?) of them all. Personally, I'm a fan of short sides, longer on top because it allows for options, but your ultimate decision leaves it up for so many... Maybe I'll ask the barber for the "justin" next time I need some work done? *grin*
Either way, I'm a fan of your interesting adventures in hairstylings, I only wish I had the gusto to experiment quite as much, the craziest I've ever tried is a mohawk *hangs head in shame*

i have a similar thing going on with my hair right now. i kind of regret it though. how is it that it makes you look delicate, justin, but it makes me look like a bulldyke? oh grow, hair, grow.

In earlier pictures when your hair was long, it looks good. In your "moving into the new home" video at the end of the footage, it is slicked back, it looks good. Your punk do in the photo where you are shaving, well, it looks good. Perhaps I am so attracted to it as it stirs up the nostalgia of my youth. Those wild and free days when I would die or chop my hair out of sheer boredom and philosophize about the worlds reaction, until, the next time. This was back in the days when we had "Manic Panic" parties at Colleen's house and everyone had a Misfits poster on their wall. Well, I have to admit I still have a tiny Misfits CD insert taped to the wall behind my desktop console. Although it is not visible enough for anyone to observe, you see.....I know it's still there. Honestly Justin, you could put a Carman Miranda fruit pile on your head and still look good.
