finally started reading some harlan ellison, and now I'm trying my hand at some fantasy-based short fiction. i've always said that real life is weird enough but i'm drivin to be freed to concoct some true ugly gripping sex and violence involving characters who can suffer and celebrate to the full extent of my lurid imagination without bugging me about the way they are portrayed or not on my web site.

i think i have aged, because the last time i tried to envision anything long and narrative I cracked.
