Kava Kava
Kava Kava is a Polynesian root that people grind up and drink in a sort of medicinal brew, like tea almost. It numbs your mouth for one, and for me it has slightly disassociative effects - like I feel a little out of my body, a little numb, a little floaty. Which is great in certain situations,

Times I like Kava:
You can buy it in yuppie/hippy supermarkets, usually as an eyedropper/tincture bottle.
- When I'm generally weary
- When I'm going for a long plane ride
I like this about it - "habitual overuse in high doses, much higher than indicated above, can lead to lack of motivation, weakness, leg paralysis and a peculiar scaly skin rash" - like it turns you into a lizard, if you get too tranquilo. Guess I gotta get this extra large bottle of extract off my desk.
