balsamic vinagrette

Chandra always whipped this up with salad - pretty easy, quick, and darn delicious. bitter and sweet. sorta like,

a bit of balsamic vinegar - about 3/4 of how much salad dressing you'll need.
stir in a bit of dijon mustard
a dab of honey
dash of olive oil
maybe add some raw garlic.

stir with a fork and taste with some bread.

Works with most any salad type concoction I've found, I especially enjoy what Chandra's Mom called "designer lettuce" - the frilly and straight kinds of greens mixed together.
